• Welcome back! Rehearsals begin during September and continue through May, with breaks between Concerts.. Dress rehearsals are announced prior to a performance and normally are scheduled for the Thursday before the performance.
  
  Members are expected to arrive at rehearsal by 7:15 pm in order to warm up and prepare to begin at 7:30 PM. Responsibility for set-up and cleaning of the refreshment area is the responsibility of the entire band, as is resetting the room after the rehearsal.
  
  Each member is issued a music folder for which he/she is responsible. Folders should be taken home each week. The Music Librarians distribute and collect parts as assigned by the Music Director. Please use PENCIL ONLY to mark the music.
  
  Please make every effort to attend rehearsals! We all count on you being there. If you can not make a rehearsal, see ATTENDANCE in the Members Handbook for instructions because you must contact your Section Leader.
